Merry Christmas And A Happy New Year!

Hello, happy holidays. I hope you all recognize the joy that comes from the holidays and can recognize that it is God blessing us. I won't be emailing this week. I will next though. May the Lord bless you.  -Sincerely, Elder Caleb  Holt

The Week Was Full Of Joy

Hi brothers and sisters! I hope you are having a merry Christmas season. The air is so cold and Christmas lights are up everywhere. This is one of my favorite parts of the year. One thing I've recognized lately is that even if we are alone when we have God in our lives we can be happy. This week was great. We helped a lot of people get the opportunity to accept the gospel of Jesus Christ. Not a lot did sadly. My heart gets the most sad when I see others sin against God. On the other hand God says to lift up your hearts and be of good cheer. I am thankful and joyful that no matter where we are we can have joy with God on our side. I hope that during this Christmas season each of us can spread joy by doing service for others each day as Jesus Christ would. I love you all, merry Christmas!! Another Great Week Of The Lord's Work

Image
I hope you all are doing good and if your not I hope you know you can. I want to share with you a few things that have happened in the past couple weeks since I haven't been emailing that much information. I've been sick for almost two weeks! But the work has moved faster than I've ever seen before. This has taught me so much about the Lord. It can be hard to be sick on the mission because you don't get to do service all day like you usually do. I had my companions serving me a lot as I've healed up. I learned from this that part of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is to recieve. It is just as much to recieve as to give. The Lord has worked in miraculous ways the past few weeks. One week our car got stolen and we found Ben from walking that day, he is now getting baptized on the 31st. My sickness cause us to go on exchanges so we can have certain lessons. We found a family of 9 who are coming to church and once they know the Book of mormon is true they'll be baptized....

Another Crazy Week!

My friends and family! I hope you all are doing great. I don't get to hear and share from to many of you but you are I'm my prayers. We put our friend Ben on date for baptism this week and also found many new people to teach and had many friends at church. This area is progressing faster than any other area I've had! I am so grateful and humble to help God in this great work He is doing all around us. May God be with you all. I hope you have a safe week and a good one. -Elder Caleb Holt WVM December, 5, 2022
