So Much Is Happening!

Hey! 

This week has been great. We had 3 services, and I am am just so happy we our people. 1 person named Vishal is on date. I know that the spirit put him on date. We taught some of the gospel of Jesus Christ then we had a chat for a while. He then pointed out how he felt around us and the church. We told him "that is the spirit" once he understood that we were able to help him see the blessings of following the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We asked him to be baptized and he said he would. It is an honor to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and to get to be a part of someone elses story to baptism. We got to see the fruits of the spirit in Vishals life this night and we are so grateful for it. The next day we asked our friend Raven to be baptized. Before this we were able to watch a Joseph Smith movie from this weeks "Come Follow Me" it is so worth watching!! Even if you are religeous or not. It is the Joseph Smith: Prophet of the Restoration (2002 version) movie. This helped her see and know that what Joseph Smiths family went through would not be something they would do unless they knew the reality of the things Joseph saw. As well as all of the other church members. They were persecuted and rejected of men. But the truth went forward till now and it is true and people embrace this. Well anyways we then ate with her later that day and Elder Anderson asked her to be baptized, she said she would tell us an answer on Tuesday. Our friend David asked us that same night when was the soonest he could be baptized. We told him two weeks because or the circumstances and then we taught him about everything- the temple, Plan of Salvation, Gospel, and more. He has come to know that there is blessings from all of this and one true way to God. And he wants to live with God again. This will bring him much joy and already has! And he knows that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the true church that has been restored. This is why he chose our church to be baptized into! Hopefully by two weeks time he will have stopped smoking so that he can be baptized. This week has been amazing! Also I am staying in my area this new transfer. My comp. is leaving to about 15 minutes from here. I finish my training on Wednesday. And I will be TRAINING! I AM SO EXCITED for this new transfer. I will be able to be bringing a new missionary into one of the best Missions and Ward this world has ever seen. I am so grateful for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I miss my family sometimes but I know I will see them again no matter the circumstance and when we follow Jesus Christ we are truly changed and better. This has brought me to a testimony of God and The Gospel of Jesus Christ. I am healed through my Savior. I am at peace and full of good thoughts because of Jesus Christ. My life is amazing. I have the best family ever and I love my family more than ever! I have the best brother and sisters. I have the best parents. I hope you all take time to pray and ask our heavenly father to show you that he is working in your life. He is always listening! He loves you. He always will!. And make sure you know that I know that the Holy Ghost testifies to me of the truth of these things- Love, Elder Holt
